You’ll find CAU Didsbury in one of the region’s most iconic buildings. With a standout terrace at the front and a rear that’s perfect for lazy, hazy summer drinks, it makes the ideal setting for fine dining and fun.
There's beef and then there's CAU. Our free-range cattle are grass fed on the Pampas. Aged for at least 30 days and cut to order, producing a deep flavoured melt in the mouth tenderness.
