Become a 'pasta master' and learn the secrets of beautiful, simple Neapolitan cuisine with Maurizio himself at the Salvi's Cookery School experience. Includes Prosecco and traditional antipasti platter on arrival, a class on how to make traditional, authentic Italian pasta from scratch, making the dough and shaping it into classic shapes by hand. A meal will then be cooked up in the kitchen by the award winning Salvi's chefs and served to you with wine.
