Here at Social Circle we are really excited to announce the start of our brand new weight management classes to help our members improve their health and wellbeing and achieve permanent weight loss. Unlike other weight loss classes that prescribe strict and unrealistic weight loss regimes you will actually learn valuable information that will help you improve your relationship with yourself and food.

Each week she will be providing you with lots of useful information that will help you:

·         Improve your understanding of optimal nutrition

·         Help you understand why you over-eat

·         Learn different and helpful ways to help you change your habits

·         Boost your self-belief & self-esteem

 

During each session she shall be covering interesting topics such as:

·         Healthy Eating

·         Mindful Eating

·         Neuroplasticity & how to change your thought processes around food and eating

·         How hypnotherapy/visualisation can help you stick to your goals

·         How to manage stress so you don’t turn to food whenever you encounter a stressful situation

·         The importance of planning

·         Plus much more

 

You’ll also receive:

·         A Healthy Eating & Weight Loss booklet filled with useful and interesting information

·         A healthy recipe booklet filled with dishes that will satisfy your taste palate and your nutritional requirements at the same time. 

·         A hypnotherapy MP3 to listen to at home that will help you develop a positive outlook to food and exercise. 

·         Regular emails to keep you on track

 

You’ll also be part of a Facebook group where we will easily be able to keep in touch, motivate and support each other.
