At Joshua Paul Fitness, they always live totheyr premier reputation and they intend to do that once again with our latest concept Evo Run.
This class will be a running class aimed at beginners as well as intermediates and will be split into two groups. The beginners group will be a relaxed introduction to running with coaching and help working your way up to a 5km run with the Intermediate group being aimed at a longer 6km run and beyond as the group progresses, the coach will be a pacesetter for the intermediate group.
With running being so popular in Didsbury at the moment, they decided to create a group that will help push you beyond plateaus and improve to a level you have never been before. At times, they may also throw a few curve balls in there like stair sprints, parachute sprints and interval training if they feel it will help your running on the whole.
Please arrive 5 minutes before as this is the time we leave. Each session is an hour long.
