Last year walkers raised over £270,000, and with your support they could raise even more this year!
The 10km sponsored walk around the city centre takes in some of Manchester’s most famous landmarks. At the heart of the walk there is a Garden of Remembrance, where you can light a candle and leave a message in memory of someone close to you. The walk starts at midnight from Manchester Central. The venue is open from 9pm, where you can enjoy the evening’s entertainment, decorate your official t-shirt, and collect your goodie bag full of freebies and supplies to help you on your way. When you get back to Manchester Central, you can collect your medal to celebrate your achievement!
Some people walk to remember a loved one, others walk for fun, but everyone that takes part in our event is walking for St Ann’s Hospice.
