			Bun Cha – rice vermicelli, a Vietnamese staple, served with grilled sausage patties, herbs, beansprouts, pickled vegetables and nuoc cham

			Pho – a classic tasty noodle soup with the universal Vietnamese flavours of lime, basil, coriander, mint, chilli and fish sauce – a great staple to master and very healthy

			Banh Xeo – ‘sizzling pancake’ – a favourite Vietnamese street food – delicious savoury, crisp edged pancakes made with rice flour, coconut milk and turmeric, filled, wrapped and eaten hot from the pan!
