We have all experienced stress at some point through our lives; stress is important for our survival. However, when we experience relentless stress on a daily basis, this can be very detrimental to our health and well-being.
This talk will explain about the ways in which chronic stress affects our bodies and what we can do to relieve that stress. Linda shall provide you with different techniques to help you become aware of the stressors in your life and how you can deal with them. Linda will be showing you techniques to use during immediate stressful periods but also ways to help stop daily worrying thoughts that undermine your happiness. This session will show you ways to build a sense of control and mastery over stressful situations and help to relax the mind and improve general well-being.
