Together with the Brazilian zest for life, the idea had developed into what you'll find at Bem Brazil. They don't believe in limits at Bem Brazil, so they use the concept of service 'Radizo' which translates to 'continuous service'. With their meat being carved at your table, you're able to take as much, or as little as you want Control of the pace of the meal is set by you, with a two small two sided disc on your table. Turned to green indicates that you wish to have more meat, and turned to red it means you can simply sit back and relax. You can turn it over again at any point.
