Sourcing ingredients from its own farm, the restaurant serves daring elegant food, cooked with flair and imagination. The menus are carefully constructed to offer seasonal flavours with Simon Rogan’s signature style. Seasonal dishes feature starters of buttermilk fried oyster, kimchee purée, pear and pickled fennel, for main, Cumbrian rib steak, truffle pudding and purple potato latke. For dessert warm pear cake, chamomile ice cream and Douglas fir perfectly compliment the season.
