Dock 9 is our World-class swim venue located at MediaCityUK, Salford Quays (next to the Lowry Theatre). This iconic Dock has being widely used for events such as the 2002 Commonwealth Games Triathlon, Salford Triathlons and MediaCityUK Challenges.
Newbies' / non-wetsuits / non-members are very welcome and they pride ourselves on our excellent safety team comprising of a motorised safety boat and kayaks. When you swim with here, you'll be in safe hands.
Their excellent water quality-tested Dock has not lost ANY swim days for three years to algae due to its size/depth and offers you a true long distance swim experience with courses up to 1km.
