The Knutsford venue that boasts two AA Rosettes, and features in the Michelin Guide for the 39th consecutive year, continues to champion locally-sourced produce in an array of vibrant, colourful dishes. Additionally, this summery collection also makes good use of the ingredients harvested from The Belle Epoque’s very own roof garden! Expect a taste explosion where delicious lamb is partnered by parsnip purée, sea trout is served with samphire and Champagne foam, and braised ox cheek is beautifully accompanied by truffle pomme mousseline and crispy onions. Strawberry Sorbet with Strawberry Daiquiri Foam and a Chocolaté Marquis with Black Fruit Jellies provide a suitably sweet finale.
