We're moving to Scotland for our Exploration of The Cask Tasting. The type of barrel whisky is stored is said to provide anything up to 90% of the flavour of the whisky in your glass, at this event we will look at different types of barrels and investigate the effect it has had on the whisky.
Expect bourbon cask, sherry butts, port pipes and wine barriques amongst others. This is a brilliant opportunity to try something new and unusual and thoroughly recommended for all whisky novices and connoisseurs alike, the range of flavours on offer means there really will be something for everyone!
