Manchester diners can look forward to Hispi, the new Manchester sister site to Sticky Walnut.
The first menu has also been revealed in the run-up to its launch.
To start (or share), there'll be a selection of small plates such as charred hispi cabbage with pickled walnut dressing and malted croutons (£6.50), and smoked butter-poached sea trout with cucumber, celery, capers and lemon yoghurt (£8), while larger dishes include braised featherblade steak with grilled broccoli, onion puree and truffle and parmesan chips (£16), and pearl barley and beer risotto with egg yolk and Swiss chard (£15).
Among the desserts diners can look forward to are parkin with butterscotch and clotted cream (£5.50), dark chocolate terrine with pear butter and pistachio sponge (£6.50), and barley malt beignets with whiskey cream and syrup (£5).
