Chef proprietor Gary Usher - who also owns Chester’s acclaimed Sticky Walnut and Burnt Truffle in Heswall, the Wirral - and his team have totally transformed the former Jem and I site on School Lane.
Heading up the kitchen is former Aumbry chef Richard Sharples, who spent nine months working at Sticky Walnut after Mary-Ellen McTague’s Prestwich restaurant closed.
“The menu is the same ethos as at Sticky and Burnt but the dishes are Richard’s recipes, done in the style of what we do,” said Gary.
