Fazenda features continuous tableside service of fifteen different prime cuts of meat, including beef, chicken, pork and lamb.
Gaúchos pierced large pieces of meat and slowly grilled them over open flamed pits. At Fazenda, they want to keep this tradition alive. Our gaúcho chefs roast succulent cuts of meat in the way it has been done for centuries, preserving the individual taste of each tender cut.
They want to share this tradition and all the history behind our gaúcho heritage with their customers.
Our Fazenda Journey starts at the salad bar, where we can find traditional Brazilian dishes, fresh vegetables, cured meats, hot dishes, condiments and several other options to accompany our meal.
When we get back to our table and are ready for our meat, we simply flip our card from red to green and that signals their Passadores (Meat Chefs) we would like some of the freshly-grilled meat they have to be carved right on our plates.
Their meats leave the grill as soon as they are ready and they rotate randomly throughout the restaurant. We have some small meat menus at ourtable to make sure we can request any meat twe have not tried or that we would like to have again.
Our Fazenda meal is also accompanied by some traditional Brazilian nibbles (pão de queijo and beef empanadas) and freshly-made chips.
The cost of the meal is £18.50, payable on the night.
