Cottonopolis has released its delicious Summer Set Menu.
The Summer Set Menu is £15 and has been created with the Cottonopolis signature menu design of Ice, Fire, Steam, and Oil.
Each section contains three dishes and customers are invited to choose one dish from each.
ICE - Duck & Watermelon Salad, Avocado Temari, Mackeral Donburi
FIRE - Teriyaki Sesame Pork Ribs, Aubergine Nasu, Roasted Market Fish Collar
STEAM - KFC Bao Bun with Kimchi Mayo, Jackfruit Bao with Tomkatsu, Dim Sum Selection
OIL - Karaage Chicken Wings, Vegetable Tempura, Pork Harumaki with Katsu Curry Sauce
Each section also includes a Vegan option, and as always everything is freshly prepared to order in the Cottonopolis kitchen
