Manchester's switch-on party will officially open six weeks of festive celebrations and attractions that make sure Manchester is well known as the Christmas capital of the UK. A spectacular 10-minute fireworks display is set to amaze the crowds. Last year the line-up did include chart-topping superstar DJ Sigala, best known for his Jackson Five-sampling single Easy Love and Came Here For Love, his recent collaboration with Ella Eyre. This year's lineup is yet to be announced.
We will go for drinks afterwards.
