What our members say:

I had never tried badminton, but another member twisted my arm. I can’t say I am any good but I found I wasn’t the only nervous newbie. It is tremendously good fun and we have a good laugh. Debbie.

Boxercise lived up to the Hype. My arms hurt for days but my colleagues are already pointing out my new muscles. John

All we ask is that you make sure you are wearing suitable footwear and clothing, and have discussed your exercise plans with your GP.
