Imagine having oodles of fun whilst meeting new people! There is always a great mix of friendly people on our events so if you are in the mood to try some new activities, then this is the event for you.

Our priority is to make sure people have fun and make new friends in a safe friendly environment. Your host will text you in advance to ease any nerves, welcome you and introduce you to other members, as well as being on hand to ensure you have a great time.

Runaway Brewery makes great tasting modern British beer. The beer is flavour focussed, they use the best ingredients available, and the beer is keg and bottle conditioned. They been brewing in our little railway arch in Manchester since 2014.

Brewery tour and tasting

Go behind the scenes at the microbrewery in central Manchester and find out how we make our beer.

Each tour is led by one of our brewers who will show you around our working brewery and guide you through a tasting of four of our beers. Try the malt, smell our hops, drink beer from the tank (brew cycle allowing), and find out all you need to know about how our beer is made.

After your tour

The Runaway taproom, which overlooks the brewery, is open from 12:00 until 20:00 every Saturday. Feel free to stay on for a beer or two afterwards. They also sell bottles to take away and brewery t-shirts to remember your day.

I have never been to a murder mystery party, and wasn’t sure whether it was my cup of tea but I was roped into it by other members. It was a fun evening with plenty of laughs. I would definitely recommend giving it a try. Pete.
