Yes you can still get away to a beautiful tropical beach even during lockdown. Join Sharon for a half hour hypno beach holiday that leaves you relaxed and refreshed. 30 minutes away from chaos or frustrations can give you mental clarity and help you to deal more easily with the situation that you are in.


No tickets and no passport required. All you need is a comfortable chair, settee or bed to sit on (it's best to avoid lying down in case you go to sleep and miss out!). You will get the best results if are in a room on your own or with anyone else taking part and you don't have any distractions such as TV, email notifications and other people moving about.
