Cycle: Sale Water Park Loop

Route
A leisurely ride from Sale Waterside along the newly refurbished Bridgewater Way (NCN82), joining up with part of the Trans Pennine Trail (NCN62) and around Sale Water Park. Then a ride back along the canal returning to Sale Waterside. The route is flat, and all off-road.
Look Out For
Enjoy an al fresco pre or post-ride snak and drink at one fo Waterside's bars, and replenish yourself half-way round at the cafe in Sale Water Park. There is lots of wildlife to see at the Water Park, as well as canal boats along the Brisgewater Way.
Getting There
If you have a folding bike, you can take it on the tram from Sale station, which is just over the road from Waterside. if you need to take your bike ina car, you can use the large public car park on road Road, just off Northenden Road opposite Waterside.
