An excellent opportunity for runners and non-runners alike of different backgrounds and fitness levels to relieve some midweek tension with a jog around the canal in Didsbury village.
Distance: 4-6 miles.
This won't be about the preservation of stick-thin, competitive types who seem to spend every spare moment clocking up the miles in readiness for yet another race. This will be far more diverse, both in terms of the ability of their runners, but also in their attitude to running. Of course, we don't have any intention of actually entering a race but we do intend to get to know some new like-minded people on a social yet slightly challenging midweek jog.
Rob your host will TEXT you on the day telling you where he is and what he's wearing at The Library so you'll have his number just in case you're running late or want him to meet you outside first
