***PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE TAKEN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT TAKING PLACE***
You will be taught the basics of mounting, staying upright astride your mount, steering, stopping, walking, trotting and turning/bending your horse. This event is aimed at total beginners although if you used to ride as a child and fancy reliving your youth this would be suitable for you too.
You will be matched up with an appropriate horse for your height, weight and experience upon arrival at the stables. Riding hats are provided and must be worn. The lessons are likely to take place outdoors in one of the floodlit arenas and they are not weather dependent so please dress suitably for the session.
You will need to wear sensible footwear with a small heel & ankle support, comfy warm clothes/layers, waterproofs if raining and gloves in case the reins rub your hands.
Your session will last 45min with qualified instructors and Riding hats are £1 to hire, payable on the day.
