This heady mix of exhilarating exercise and funky cardio-fun provides an ‘all-round’ fitness program which will benefit everyone. Challenging yet easy-to-follow this cardiovascular exercise class is one of Virgin Active’s most popular programs.
Performed at a series of workstations; each class promises a different approach to your cardio workout, keeping your brain as well as your body stimulated!
Virgin Active’s Kristy hosts the class in Studio 2 combining the enjoyment of fun cardio moves with adrenaline-pumping resistance exercises.
It is 1 visit per person and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance by calling 0161 249 5645, and photo I.D must be brought.
