THE DICTATOR

Director: Larry Charles

Starring: Sacha Baron Cohen, Megan Fox, Anna Faris, Ben Kingsley

Sacha Baron Cohen returns as the world's most appalling tyrant in this hilarious new comedy!

Meet His Excellency Admiral General Shabazz Aladeen (Sacha Baron Cohen). This luxuriantly bearded despot has devoted his life selflessly to ensuring that democracy will never reach his glorious Republic of Wadiya. Indeed, one great benefit of political debate being rendered superfluous is that the country's National Parliament Building has become a tourist attraction. The supreme leader and his elite squad of foxy female bodyguards even make a state visit to America, where they're given a tour of New York City. Aladeen expects to see all the sights - especially Megan Fox! 'Borat' and 'Bruno' director Larry Charles teams up once again with Sacha Baron Cohen for this outrageous comedy at the expense of the vulgarity and ruthlessness of dictators everywhere. It's based loosely on a novel entitled 'Zabibah and the King', which was allegedly written by Saddam Hussein!
