Ever wanted to take part in a charity event (bike ride, run, walk), but didn’t enter because you were scared to do it alone? This year use Social Circle to find mates and enjoy one of the great 2012 challenges together. Click on the Doodle link below to let us know which event you would be interested in, and when a few of you book, we will get you guys together and facilitate training etc for you. It’s a great way to make friends and do something good for the community at the same time!

MANCHESTER MIDNIGHT WALK
In aid of St Ann’s Hospice, this 10km walk around Manchester is definitely a night to remember. The event will begin with two hours of local entertainment where you can enjoy live music, have your face painted, your photo taken and generally bask in the inspiring community atmosphere, before you leave Manchester Central at 11.30pm to undertake a 10km fun walk around Manchester City Centre. While most people are sleeping you’ll embark on a stunning route that will take you past some of Manchester greatest sites including Manchester Cathedral, Castlefield, Granada Studios, Spinningfields, St Ann’s Square and Manchester University.
Right at the heart of the walk is the Garden of Remembrance where you can write a message, light a candle and enjoy a moment remembering a loved one, appreciating the care and support you have received at Hospice or just reflecting on what St Ann’s means to our community.
