Starring

Colin Farrell, Noomi Rapace, Terrence Howard, Dominic Cooper, Isabelle Huppert

Colin Farrell and Noomi Rapace are out for revenge in this moody thriller set on the mean streets of New York. Injured and scarred after being hit by a drunk driver, Beatrice (Noomi Rapace) now nurses thoughts of revenge. Conflicted and tormented, she becomes intrigued by the man living in the apartment opposite her. His name is Victor (Colin Farrell) - and he's the right-hand man of violent gangster Alphonse (Terrence Howard). It's at this moment that her plan for revenge takes shape. Beatrice blackmails Victor into killing the drunk driver by threatening to reveal his involvement in a murder that she witnessed. But Victor has a personal agenda, and is plotting his own revenge against Alphonse. The director of the original The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, Niels Arden Oplev, reunites with star Noomi Rapace for his English-language debut feature. It's a brooding story of blood vengeance with impressive performances from Farrell, Rapace and Howard.
