The Great Hall will be hosting Manchester’s top bars with some exciting new additions including news bars such as The Liquor Store and Neighbourhood whilst The Lord Mayor’s Parlour is turning into a rum lover’s Tiki Paradise courtesy of The Liars Club, Keko Moku and Hula. Visitors will be able to enjoy practical cocktail demonstrations on the main stage whilst Cocktails in the City hosts will be on the floor entertaining and educating in unique ways.
