Mudassar and Tayub designed Zouk to offer stylish surroundings with a relaxed and fun atmosphere, but most importantly they wanted to create a menu that would revolutionise the British curry industry. They felt it was important to create a new dining experience and offer an array of truely authentic Indian and Pakistani dishes. In addition to this they spent a lot of time designing a menu with healthier alternatives to meet the demands of today's health and nutrition conscious customers. View the menu here.
