The Bistro has a rustic feel its not fine dining, its a neighbourhood eating place and we do not follow current trends, or try to become a carbon copy of other restaurants around the city.
Starters include baked piri piri king prawns with char grilled peppers & topped with Manchego cheese.....A Provencal puy lentil salad topped with melting goats cheese & red pepper relish..... Seafood plate - potted prawns, fresh mackerel fillet, salmon rillette & beetroot relish.
Main courses of Lancashire Pork with Spanish spices, cooked two ways- slow roast belly & pan fried loin with bravas sauce....You dont have to be veggi to enjoy the Bistro Field mushroom stack with polenta, meltingTalaggio cheese, rocket salad & pesto dressing....Sea bass fillets are served on crushed new potatoes with crayfish, asparagus & tomato - topped with crunchy fried prawns...
