The Caribbean procession brings traffic to a halt; as dancer display their big colourful costumes with the sounds of Reggae, Calypso and Soca exploding through powerful sound systems. The Procession will still start at Alexandra Park, ending at Platt Fields Park. Yarburgh Street, will be missed of this years Procession route.
The Carnival is always held over a two-day period from Saturday till Sunday. This year it will only be single day event.
