This four-hour breadmaking session with Cracking Good Food’s resident baking expert Rob Tomlinson is brilliant value for money and covers all the basics of four types of bread. You’ll master how to make the perfect 100% organic loaf, delicious garlic naan breads, aromatic focaccia with onions, rosemary and crystal salt on top and olives and sundried tomatoes inside, and the perfect pizza base – which, with a tasty tomato sauce and toppings, will be cooked and eaten together during the lunch break.

Rob is a very experienced artisan breadmaker and is keen to share his knowledge and tips, and there will be plenty of time for him to discuss baking techniques and equipment to use and for you to ask questions. By the end of the four hours you’ll know just how satisfying it is to make your own bread – not only are homemade loaves cheaper, tastier and healthier than the shop-bought stuff, they fill your house with the delicious smell of baking! You’ll leave with lots of fabulous bread to take home – and a skill that will last you a lifetime.

This session is suitable for all levels of experience, from absolute beginners to those wishing to extend their repertoire.

All ingredients are bought locally at Unicorn Co-operative Grocery and other local independent shops.
