The two hours will involve using all the surroundings to get fitter.  It is a challenging 2 hours which keeps people coming back for more. (Reasonable level of fitness is essential)

It is not suitable for anyone who has acute/chronic knee, back, shoulder & neck problems….

It is important that the correct clothing & footwear is worn. Food is essential and 2 litres of water is a must.  Dry clothing will be needed for after the activity.
