A fantastic evening with our expert chef, where you will learn key knife skills using three different knives, plus all the finishing touches to teach you how to plate up food in true masterchef style.

Learn all about chefs tips and secrets, that you will be able to recreate at home to impress your guests for years to come.

This is an evening class and runs from 6.30-9.30pm

Everything you need for the class will be provided for you.

Learn the following skills:

Filleting fish

Quarter a Chicken ( demonstration by chef)

Making Stock ( demonstration by chef)

Preparing vegetables: Dice batton julienne barrels

Preparing onions

With your prepared fish and vegetable you will also create a simple supper dish.
