Social Circle are embarking upon one of our hardest ever challenges (more like barking mad) to complete an Olympic Triathlon on Sunday 20th July in Birmingham. This consists of a 1 mile swim (we can't even swim), a 40k bike ride followed by a 10k run.
It's been a hard journey with little time for proper training and ill health and injuries to add to our woes so we hope you can appreciate the task at hand.
It would be crazy not to raise some much needed money for a local charity so please help and donate what you can for this epic adventure @ https://www.justgiving.com/steveandrobstriathlon/ every £1 helps motivate us ))))))
