Vairochana Kadampa Buddhist Centre, 76 High Lane, Chorlton, Manchester, M21 9XF.Opposite St John's church on High Lane and is just round the corner from Whitelow road, set back off the road in a big house. Note that the class is held on the first floor with no access to a lift

The class class is held at a Buddhist centre in Chorlton and combines guided meditation, an inspiring talk on a Buddhist philosophy topic relevant to the handling of the problems of everyday life, and a brief small-group discussion afterwards.

The classes aim to help you discover peace and happiness through developing the capacity of our own mind. If you have never tried anything like this before but fancy giving it a go, then this is the perfect opportunity!

The session lasts from 7.30 – 9 pm, with the opportunity to meet for a tea/coffee and cake afterwards in their on-site café.
