HIIT Bootcamp is a combination of 2 classes in 1 hour. It starts with a 5 minute active warm up...after short break you'll go straight into some High Intensity Interval Training for 15 minutes, which studies have shown is best style of training to both burn calories and raise resting metabolism.
After this the class changes to a lower tempo weighted circuits class for all over body toning. On completion of this section we then move swiftly on to core stability to help you on your way to that surfboard stomach you've always wanted (or not but its still quite important to do this section particularly if your job involves sitting at a desk for extended periods...which is most people nowadays so there's no getting out of it). Then we bring your heart rate down with some gentle stretching which is equally as important as core stability so no running off early. Never been to a class like this before?
It doesn't matter, they're designed to be fun and a good way to relieve stress after a hard days work. You work out as hard as you want to...if you want to come down just to feel like you're doing something then that's ok too.
