New monthly FREE taster sessions for Beginners in Pole dance and Aerial Hoop. Last friday of the month in March 2015. Are you up for a new challenge? How about having fun with your friends and getting fit at the same time? The evening will be split into two sessions of 45 mins of Pole and 45 mins of Hoop, hosted by the fabulous instructors Sarah-Jayne Mason-Smith and Siobhan Heffernan. The taster session will include a 45min introduction class to aerial hoop and 45 mins intro class of pole dance. It is suitable for beginners to both pole and aerial hoop. This session is a great way to meet us and build confidence before joining one of our classes. This session is designed for beginners to pole dance and aerial hoop. See you there!
