Their Head Chef Steve Ramsden is classically trained with some of the industry greats, resulting in a unique culinary experience. His menus are based around locally sourced produce and this is displayed in the choice of suppliers to Peckforton Castle. They use the Cheshire Smoke House, Williams of Flint for their locally sourcedBeef and lamb. Allfresh produce from some local farms.
