2 nights en-suite self contained accommodation, 2 breakfasts, 2 picnic lunches, 2 evening meals, and all activities with fully qualified instructor so no outdoor experience needed. We supply all the necessary technical equipment so all you need to bring with you is enthusiasm.
The activities we have chosen are designed to suit a range of abilities so don't worry if you've never tried them before. All specialist equipment, are provided. However we will send out a recommended clothing list before you travel.

Friday
Arrival dinner: 8.00 pm approx with weekend briefing.
We'll have a bite to eat and then go to the local pub for a chance to get to know each other better and discuss the weekends adventure!
Saturday
Two hand-picked and extremely exciting activities set in the stunning surroundings of North Wales and the Snowdonia National Park.
The activities we have chosen are designed to suit a range of abilities so don't worry if you've never tried them before. All specialist equipment, including rock-climbing harnesses and ropes are provided.
Gorge Scrambling
You'll find yourself jumping across boulders, climbing waterfalls, crossing pools, traversing along rock walls and negotiating obstacles as you make your way up the rocky terrain of a mountain stream. A wet and wild adventure is guaranteed! Bring your own wetsuit or hire one on location.

Mother nature has been hugely generous to Wales, endowing it with alluring, craggy mountains, tempting sea cliffs and inviting walls of stone slabs.
Try a half day climbing and abseiling on the lower crags of local mountains. We can set you easy to more challenging graded climbs depending upon your ability and experience.
After the climb you may wish to try an abseil which should prove to be a breath taking experience - views can be magnificent!
All equipment is provided, an instructor holding the safety rope this ensures your safety at all times.
Sunday
After a lazy start reading the papers and having had breakfast we will set off a few miles up the road to the Ogwen Valley for five mile circular walk around lake Idwal. Taking in the spectacular sights of the Glyderau and Carneddau mountain ranges.
Nestled amongst spectacular scenery, between a river and a network of mountain footpaths, the lodge is uniquely positioned for outdoor enthusiasts. It has a patio area with fantastic views overlooking a mountain river and waterfall, a large drying room and a welcoming living room with fantastic waterfall views and real fire, perfect for cosying up in after our walk! The Mountain Lodge is comfortable bunk accommodation with ensuite shower and toilet in each bedroom.

Weekends away are great social occasions and are always more fun as part of a group. It's a great way to meet new people so don't worry if you are coming on your own. We will be car sharing up and down so lifts won't be a problem if needed.
