Ensuring you get your needs met is the KEY to consistently being your most effective self. Without them you are deplete.
When the topic of self care is discussed it often includes mention of pampering sessions, spa days, scented bubble baths etc. These things are lovely now and again, but do they really fulfil your deep seated needs - those activities which get you to a state where you have plenty to give to the world?
In this session we will:
- define 'Needs' and talk about the different types
- start building your own personal list of needs
- identify ways in which you can ensure you are meeting them
Maybe in some cases there will have to be open discussion and negotiation with those close to you? If so, we will discuss ways to have those conversations.
