Make some time and space for your mind on these daily 30min drop-ins hosted by Alex from The Mindful Compass.
TThe 30min drop-in sessions are a mixture of guided mindfulness and compassion practices and group discussion sprinkled with text and insight from the worlds of neuroscience, physiology and research into the benefits of the practices.
These sessions are appropriate for everyone no matter your current experience of mindfulness, compassion or meditation in general. As well as helping you find time and space for your mind, these sessions help participants feel connected and foster a sense of community even though we're not together in person.
