Do you find yourself skipping the gym once too often? Do you want to meet new people whilst you get fit doing something totally fun?

Going to the gym time and time again gets repetitive, and one thing exercise shouldn’t be is dull. Dedicating your free time to fitness is tough enough without the super-boring workouts.

Here at Social Circle we value health and fitness - after all it’s the cornerstone to a sense of wellbeing, confidence and a long happy life.

A 3 hour cycle ride starting at Parrswood doing the Fallowfield Loop.

What is the Fallowfield Loop?

The Fallowfield Loop is an off-road cycle path, pedestrian and horse riding route from Chorlton-cum-Hardy through Fallowfield and Levenshulme to Gorton and Fairfield in Manchester. It is part of the National Cycle Network. At 8 miles long the Fallowfield Loop is thought to be the longest urban cycleway in Britain. More details HERE.

If you are arriving to the start-point by public transport remember no bicycles on the metro, but the Didsbury railway station is nearby.

All we ask is that you make sure you are wearing suitable footwear and clothing.

What our members say:

I had never tried badminton, but another member twisted my arm. I can’t say I am any good but I found I wasn’t the only nervous newbie. It is tremendously good fun and we have a good laugh. Debbie.

Boxercise lived up to the Hype. My arms hurt for days but my colleagues are already pointing out my new muscles. John
