6 miles with a 200m climb - grade - Easy ( ‘mads’ rating 2.0boot )
Car share – would members please contribute to petrol cost & share Car park cost £4 at Monsal Head
Note :- change of shoes / clothing for pub just in case of inclement weather.
Walk start is just an easy 50min drive away.

Walking Trousers/ shorts - NOT jeans
A Rucksack .
Waterproof jacket & waterproof over-trousers
Warm Clothing- suggest a fleece.
Gloves, Hat, Scarf. Sun tan lotion !! if forecast sunny.
CAMERA !! to record the views.
Suggest minimum 1ltre of WATER & a warm drink.
For this walk suggest a snack for a short stop at half way point, as pub lunch at finish.
