Have you ever wondered about the joy of Wild Camping but were not sure how to go about it? Join us for a weekend from Friday 20th to Sunday 22nd May where we will teach you the basics of camp craft and let you enjoy the pleasure of an evening star gazing and then waking up in the remote mountains. You will not need any special knowledge or previous experience to enjoy this trip. However you will need your own tent, sleeping bag and mat. We start the weekend on the Friday night staying in our own self catering apartment giving us the chance to talk about camp craft and what we should be taking on the hills with us. Saturday morning we will buy our food, check our bags and head off for a nice day walk with our kit before we all decide as a group on the best place to locate our camp. We will then spend the night enjoying the stars (weather permitting) and socialise in this unique and remote environment. On Sunday we will enjoy a short walk back to our cars in time for a well deserved Sunday lunch (and shower) before we head home.
