Fantastic 1 night Canoeing trip along the Peak Forest and Macclesfield Canal, Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd July - SOLD OUT - email info@social-circle.co.uk for reserve list
Starting in Whalley Bridge we will guide you on a 10 mile scenic paddle along the unlocked sections of these canals. You will travel in tandem carrying your own possessions through the Goyt Valley as far as Marple before changing direction and heading on part of the Cheshire Ring to Upper Poynton where you will camp in a peaceful campsite by the Canal side.
You will need to provide food for lunches, we will provide a hearty cooked breakfast and we’ll eat at the local pub on Saturday evening. All safety equipment will be provided by us and a large 8 birth tent will be put up or you may want to bring your own one with you.
Sunday will see us return to the starting point of Whalley Bridge.
