The racecourse is situated close to the heart of the historic city of Chester, flanked by the River Dee and overlooked by medieval city walls, it is supported by extensive road and rail networks and just 10 minutes walk from Chester train station. A return ticket from Manchester Piccadilly to Chester is just £14.50. Time of departure is 09:30.
