7 Night Mediterranean Sailing Adventure Holiday in Alicante -
Enjoy a fabulous week's sailing in the Mediterranean Sun on the Costa Blanca, Spain on a Sailing Yacht based in Alicante. Get away over the Bank Holiday from Friday 3rd to 10th May, at £395 it will go quick so book now to secure your holiday in the sun!
No experience required as there will be a professional and experienced RYA instructor Skipper on board.
The area is an excellent place to sail and there are lots of nice sandy bays to anchor and lovely beaches to sunbathe, relax and swim. The coastal towns offer a variety of Restaurants and Bars. For the more adventurous, we may even slip in a night in Benidorm!!
We will visit the Island of Tabarca, before heading North, staying at such places as Altea, Calpe and Javea.
Choice of arrival atAlicante, The Yacht is available to board from 4pm on Friday 3rd May. If you you prefer, you may join the group late that evening as we will not be sailing until the following morning.
Great opportunity to learn how to sail a large, Ocean going yacht, whilst enjoying the warm Spanish Sun.
You can do as much or as little as you like. If you would prefer to soak up the sun whist enjoying a cool drink that's fine!
Each day after a morning swim, sunbathe we will set sail to a different Bay and Town. Some evenings we will remain at anchor
in a Bay, enjoying the warm Spanish evenings with good food and Wine. We will be able to go ashore in the dinghy.
Other evenings we will moor in one of the Marinas, allowing us to walk ashore to enjoy the bustling, Spanish night life.
The Yacht is a very well equipped, spacious, MCA coded 10 Berth Sailing Yacht with Dinghy and outboard. All bedding and towels are provided.
The yacht is berthed in Alicante Marina. It is less than 3 Euros on the bus from from Alicante airiport.
Flight recommended is Monarch: Departs Fri 3rd May Manchester at 16.20 arrives Alicante 20.15, Returns Fri 10th May Alicante 11.35am arrives Manchester 13.25. But if you find better just Book it!
