CIBO in Didsbury has just launched a Sunday lunch menu that would make Nigella jealous:
Starters include smoked scamorza cheese wrapped in cured ham and served warm with onion marmalade.
Mains feature roast rump of lamb served on puree potatoes with mixed greens and fresh mint jus; and sea bass with fresh clams, lemon butter, new potatoes and spinach.
Finish on a trio of house desserts to share.
It's the best seasonal ingredients crafted into simple yet delicious dishes. And it's only £15 for three courses or £12 for two courses.
