A veteran 911 operator tries to save an abducted girl from a serial killer in this tense, nail-biting thriller. Many years ago, LA emergency phone operator Jordan Turner (Halle Berry) suffered a traumatic experience. Despite her professionalism, there was nothing she could do to prevent a young girl from being murdered while reporting a prowler. Today, she's retreated from the frontline to train new operators. But while Jordan is teaching them about procedure, a call comes in from a terrified teenager named Casey Welson (Abigail Breslin). She's been abducted by a serial killer and is now trapped in the boot of a moving car. In order to prevent history repeating itself, Jordan must not only advise Casey on how to thwart the maniac but also confront her own past! Directed by Brad Anderson, who made the multiple award-winning 'The Machinist', this is a supremely creepy and suspenseful race-against-time thriller.
